AJT Policy

AJT now includes a brief trial period during the first two to three weeks of rehearsals to ensure that our cast members are a great fit for our productions — and that AJT feels like the right home for each child. Because our program operates at a higher level than typical junior theater, we maintain clear expectations. Actors should be able to focus during rehearsal, respect personal space, care for equipment, and listen when directors are speaking. We ask that cast members demonstrate self-control, cooperation, and maturity appropriate for a rehearsal environment.

If our directors feel that AJT may not be the best fit, we will issue a refund (minus the non-refundable $100 deposit). During registration, we kindly ask families to share any behavioral, learning, or social challenges that may affect a child’s experience. This helps us ensure a positive, supportive environment for every performer.

PPC’s Christmas Show

‘Twas the Week After Christmas

Get ready for one of PACA’s most exciting traditions of the year — our annual Christmas musical, ’Twas the Week After Christmas from Beat by Beat Press! This hilarious, high-energy holiday musical is packed with catchy songs, comedy, dancing, larger-than-life characters, and nonstop Christmas fun. It’s the perfect show for performers who love to sing, dance, act, and celebrate the magic of the season on stage!

Every single year, our Christmas productions completely sell out, and we want even more students to have the opportunity to be part of the excitement. Because of that, we are officially lowering the PPC dance requirement from 3 dance classes down to 2 dance classes for the 2026–27 season!

PPC’s Spring Show

An Evening on Broadway

Get ready to step into the spotlight with PACA’s dazzling spring spectacular — An Evening on Broadway! This glamorous cabaret-style production celebrates the magic of musical theater with show-stopping choreography, powerhouse vocals, unforgettable production numbers, and all the sparkle and excitement of Broadway itself. From classic musical theater favorites to high-energy contemporary hits, this show is designed to help performers shine like true Broadway stars.

Featuring PACA’s Choir and Melena’s private music lesson students alongside all performers in PACA’s Performance Crew (PPC), An Evening on Broadway will be one of the most exciting and high-energy events of the season, taking place in April 2027. Students must be enrolled in Choir or PPC to participate. Dancers enrolled in Jarret Ditch’s Intermediate-Advanced History of Musical Theater class will begin learning choreography the very first week of dance classes, allowing performers to train and grow throughout the year as they prepare for this spectacular showcase.

Not in Jarret’s class? No problem! Choreography for all other PPC dancers will begin in January immediately following the Christmas show.

And when performance time finally arrives, audiences will join in the fun too — because guests of the show will wear their Broadway best. Glitter and feathers are not only encouraged… they’re required.
